What is Vizvest?
Vizvest is a free portfolio analysis tool for Trading 212. Upload your CSV export to see charts for your holdings, dividends, and trading history.
Trading 212's built-in analytics are pretty basic. This tool shows you more.
Step 1: Export your CSV from Trading 212
- Open Trading 212 and go to Menu
- Select History
- Tap the Export button
- Choose your timeframe and what you want to export (orders, transactions, dividends, etc.)
- Download the CSV file to your device

The CSV has all transaction types. Export your full history if you can; Trading 212 caps exports at one year at a time, so you might need to do a few runs.
Step 2: Upload to Vizvest
Go to vizvest.cc and click Upload CSV. Drag your file in or click to browse.
The app validates the format and shows you any issues with the file.
Step 3: Explore your portfolio
You get three dashboards.
Portfolio Overview shows current holdings, market value, and total P&L.
Dividends breaks down income per stock and calculates yield on cost.
Trading Activity is a heatmap showing when you trade. Useful if you're trying to notice patterns in your own behavior.
Understanding your dividend data
Vizvest calculates yield on cost — the dividend yield based on what you paid for the stock, not its current price. For people who hold dividend stocks long-term, this matters more than the current yield.
For example, if you bought a stock at £10 that now pays £0.60/year in dividends, your yield on cost is 6%. Doesn't matter what the stock trades at today.
Tips for accurate analysis
Export the full history. Vizvest needs all your transactions to calculate average costs and P&L correctly. If you only export the last few months, the numbers will be off.
Currency handling. If you trade in multiple currencies, Vizvest converts everything to your base currency using the exchange rates from your CSV.
Partial data warning. If Vizvest thinks your export is incomplete (e.g., you're selling shares you never bought), you'll see a warning. This usually means you exported a date range that doesn't include your original purchases.
